Ping 11 approx<br> Download ,02 Mb!!!<br> Upload ,5 Mb<br> <br> Monday from 19h00 onwards.<br> <br> I could not even stream radio.<br> <br> Next morning back to normal (5,5 Mb download). No change to line or router. So my deduction from this was that they are throttling the line to death.<br> <br> Sent them a mail on Tuesday morning [Email Removed] with speedtests and router info for explanation requesting that they should not blame telkom,distance from switch or my router as per normal when I contact them. Sent 2 follow-up mails requesting a response. Anything!<br> <br> Nothing yet. Not even a receipt acknowledgement
