Why bother having a business if you don't answer your phones or emails?

Their call center is named the "24hr helpdesk" on their website but they do not answer their phones or emails... Phoned yet again at 7:30am and there was a recording stating that the help desk is CLOSED until tomorrow 10am?! What a joke.
