Website Down / No Email - Losing Valuable Business!

Our website is down!

I did contact Cybersmart to inform them of the URGENCY of this matter. All they had to say was 'send an email to our hosting department'. This is URGENT. I don't have time to wait.

We are losing business as our website is no longer active! We have also lost our ranking position on Google because of this!!!

If this doesn't get resolved soon I'll be moving ALL our domains to another ISP.
