Vuma overwrite customer desition

I app**** for Fibre from Vuma, witch brightlight came and installed (25th of June). When i started asking question as who my ISP was, nobody can answer me. All of a sudden i received a email that a ISP has been appointed (Cubersmart Link) (1st of July) and i now must pay the ISP provider more then a R1400.00 after i paid the installers R600.00 for the installation. Now the ISP refuse to cancell, as i requested another ISP. Not happy at all. They must ckme and take their stuff back and give my koney back. I dont want to work with people that is overwriting the customers desicion.
