Very slow application, now ignoring me
<p>I app**** for Telkom fibre with Cybersmart in Feb. According to them it takes 30 days for line installation. It's been 105 days now and still no line. There is fiber in the complex I stay in. They just need to get Telkom to come and connect the line to my unit. They've been ignoring my e-mails for 2 weeks now.</p>

17 May 2016, 14:27Okay, Cybersmart just called. According to them the order was completed long ago by Telkom who installed the line (f#ck knows where) and already gave them a circuit number etc. Also I ordered a router from Cybersmart. Why didn't they contact me with details on where and how I'll receive the router when the line was "installed".
