Very poor service, router, technical and product knowledge.

* Have been a customer for 3 years (no other choice in the area). * Unreliable speeds. Mostly do not nearly provide advertised speeds. * Very poor technical support and product knowledge. Multiple interactions, tests, site checks. * Very poor overall customer support. Unable to provide continuity for single issues. Need to start again with every issue. * No change in service since joining them.
