Useless service

Having the worst experience with cybersmart! Logged a call as we are having Internet issue and have had no response, help, feedback or resolvement of the issue! I am extremely unhappy as I am paying the full monthly fee for no service or any help from them! Very very unhappy customer!<br> Our fault has been opened for over a month and every time we follow up they just blame someone else! We are paying for nothing!
