uncapped until 300 gig's

I have never heard such ****. I called Cybersmart with endless connection problems and finally this month I heard that they throttled my account down to barely browsing quality because I downloaded over 300 gig. <br> Baring in mind I have a uncapped business account that I'm paying over R1000. It is sad that the supervisor Zebu has no idea what he is talking about but still argues with me claiming that a 5kb per second torrent download speed is affecting my browsing speed of a simple google webpage. When In fact for years I could download over 500 kb per second and happily browse my internet on numerous devices With no speed degradation. He even gets ****y and tells me read the terms and conditions. I have read the terms and conditions over and over and it does not disclose anything about cutting off the internet to a point where browsing is impossible because I was not even warned that there is such thing. <br> What does uncapped stand for if I may ask. Certainly not 300 gig's
