TORBIN at Cybersmart is the worst at customer service

Just been writing with the WORST person as Cybersmart that I have ever dealt with. Ive been with them for years and always get a fairly decent service.

But today, TORBIN, was really sarcastic and rude.

After I told him that I do not have a LAN cable on hand (I mean who has this at home these days), he said that Im not willing to test line speeds. And as a result, he did not want to help me any further.

This is the first time I was told by anyone at Cybersmart that they cannot help me because Im only able to test over Wifi. Telkom already spent half a day sorting out the fault and Cybersmart is always quick to pass the buck to Telkom or tell me to upgrade my line (which I already did last year).
