Thanks Cybersmart for taking resposibility

<br> I posted last week - was very frustrated with Cybersmart and in the interim have been dealing with them to correct the issues I had with trying to migrate my line from Telkom.<br> Both Darryl ans Reshmee were very helpful and the issue has been sorted out and a credit note passed for my troubles.<br> <br> Thank you for taking responsibility and being accountable and sorting out what turned out to actually be a TELKOM issue not a Cybersmart issue at all.<br> <br> My advise to anyone with ADSL - Migrate your line away from Telkom asap. Even though its a schlep (which is actually just a manipulation technique on their part to keep you locked in to a pathetic service) its worth never having to deal with them again.<br> <br> Thanks<br> Lisa<br>
