Terrible Technical Support Service

Our Vumatel fiber through Cybersmart has been down since 11:00 Wednesday, 9 June 2021. We logged a fault on Thursday and was told it was area wide and would be resolved in 24 hours We called again today to say that they could only escalate after 72 hours but no else in the neighborhood (on Vumatel) is having issues. When we started with Cybersmart 3 years ago service was great, we would get regular updates if services were down and calls to let us know what was happening of we reported a fault - this is no longer the case - service is non existent!
