Terrible service!

<p>My story pertains to one of their departments: Lightspeed that handles fibre installations.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so dissapointed in their service that I created a profile on hellopeter today to provide feedback on the bad service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Seriously dissapointed at the way they do business.</p> <p> </p> <p>After numerous phone calls and emails I still dont have an installation date or response from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>They always promise to phone back within 24 hours, but never do.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its been more than a month and still I am left wondering when i will get some feedback on my calls and emails.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
