Terrible customer service and endless issues with my fibre

Terrible customer service and endless issues with my fibre. They continue to shift blame to the fibre infrastructure provider. Had my ONT replaced 3 times and still intermittent fibre connection. Stay far far away from Cybersmart. I have now switched to Mind The Speed and they are world class in terms of service and product. They make Cybersmart look like amateurs!
