Terrible customer focus

I've been with Cybersmart a couple of years and have received good service, but the last few months have been terrible.

Server constantly go down. Response times are terrible and the kicker is that I get notified my service will be discontinued soon so I need to move my hosting to another provider. No help offered in moving or nothing. Just "pack your bags and go..."

I have a client who's business depends on this hosting to be reliable but its certainly not the case.
