SQL Hosting Servers Constantly Down

Just writing this to say that Cybersmarts Blue hosting option has been an absolute joke. Their servers are constantly going down with SQL issues, their support takes forever to respond and the problem recurs often, so they aren't even addressing it. Not a happy customer at all.
