Cybersmart has by far the slowest Internet you can find on the market. To even just post this I had to connect via the data connection on my phone because the page kept timing out while connected to wifi. This is not an isolated incident, it is CONTINUALLY slow to the point that Web pages do not even load anymore. Do not bother wasting your money on them.
