Sneaky way of making money....

We moved a bunch of domains away from Cybersmart (For obvious reasons) in July of 2021. This Month, End of April 2023, Cybersmart suddenly debited our account with domain renewal fees.

Initially when we enquired with Cybersmart, they were adamant the new host only moved the hosting, and not the domain.

Then when we took them on, they suddenly changed their story, citing that it is now apparently the client's responsibility to cancel renewal on the client portal, even if the domain is moved and they can in any case not renew it! How can you charge clients for something, you can't provide in any case! And no apologies, nothing. Clearly a sneaky way of them to make money out of people not knowing better. Shame on you.
