Slowest ISP on the planet

I signed up to the uncapped bundle last week and after a few hours of using it, I couldnt get my speed higher than 50kbps. So i called them and they explained that I am on a managed line and therefor my speeds would be 10% of my line speed (20mbps) Even after explaining to them that I am getting less than 1% of my speed they still had arguements telling me it might be my line. When I put my Afrihost details back in i went back up to 14/16mbps... I then wanted to cancel and they say their cancellation takes 1 calendar month. Now I am stuck with them till end of AUGUST!! <br> What MADNESS> PLEASE PEOPLE, DONT SIGN UP WITH THESE MONEY GRABBING *******. <br> Even at their off-oeak times (00:00-7:00) i dont get more than 100kbps. It's taken me 4 days and counting to download 3 gigs. And then they tell me I have used 20gigs in the last week.,.,, With Afrihost I'd be on 100-150<br> <br> PLEASE DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND STAY WELL CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE WHO WANTED TO CHARGE ME R681 FOR 20gig when I complained about the poor managed speeds
