Slow and interrupted fibre

We often have slow and/or interrupted internet via your Fibre service. When I phone and complain I am told the issue is on my end yet, miraculously, the problem corrects itself for a while. Not happy that it always takes a phone call to correct the problem. Don’t mind if you have an issue once in a while but give us a heads up and don’t always make us the fool.
