RUN AWAY, AS FAST AS YOU CAN, THEY ARE UTTERLY RIDICULOUSLY USELESS.

They don't even deserve a single star.

No internet for over a week, leaving me with an R1500 bill as they referred me to a third party for assistance. I can't work, I've lost a lot of money, and I won't be able to pay my rent this month. They want to come to my house now, but I have to wait another four days. They could have done it on the day they told me to find an outside technician to look at the problem.

I'm disgusted and enraged at how they've taken this matter at face value. They've messed with me a lot, and to top it all off, they're the sole provider of internet service in our building.
