Review of the excellent service Arashaad Williams of Cybersmart

I would like to compliment Arashaad Williams on outstanding service. He helped me restore my internet connection after my phone and ADSL line went down this afternoon. He was kind, patient and his manner was great. It's easy to feel intimidated when asking for assistance on technical things but Arashaad Williams put me at ease right from the beginning. But, most of all, he was very knowledgeable and he got me back up and running. And he took the time to check that my phone and laptop could both connect to the internet.
