Really poor, poor service

I have been having endless issues with Cybersmart. I have all but begged to speak to anyone who can help me, but they just don't seem to care and refuse to have a technician call back or even start to deal with my problems two weeks later. Horrible line speeds, constant connectivity problems and more than once their service \support"staff have zero idea what they are talking about. Then today"
