Quary on installation

This is so tippicle of you guys.

Yesterday i received all documentation where i accepted your quotation and the installation. No body responded back to me.

When i got home this afternoon there was a nice coutier parcell on my desk, just to open it, and guess what?, your router, after i told you that i didnt want it.

Please can you send your courier to collect it, cause it was send after i started quarying this so called installation. Nobody even had the decency to phone me to inform me off the parcell.
