I found a cheaper price for a product from a competitor and email the Cybersmart customer support to ask for the price match. first, they said:

Kindly note that you are receiving up to 10MB Home Uncapped bundled account with Cybersmart at a discounted price of R660.74 per month.

Web Africa's offer is R544.00 per month, however they have a 100 Gig threshold on their Fair Usage Policy and ours is 900 Gigs.

We therefore cannot price match that offer.

so they not adhering to the policy, there doesn't seem to be T's&C's available to check if FUP plays a role and the site is still publically accessible. therefore I should qualify for the price match.
