Poor service and threatening responses

They gave us shocking connectivity. I bought a new router after a few years and they told me to discard their original (broken) router. On cancellation they forced me to arrange a courier to collect the router that I bought, saying it was theirs despite me paying for it. They wouldn't even discuss it, they said they were handing it over to legal without any conversation or consideration.

They are extremely aggressive in their dealing with clients, and very slow to see any issues in their lack of delivery.
