pay for high speed internet and get a tortoise!!!

i pay for a 10mbps ADSL line and yes i know its UP TO.... BUT the speeds of late are pathetic!!!!! You guys blamed Telkom, they were out today to look at the line. I called your call center following the telkom visit and they checked the line and its fine .The line was \optimized"but its still only 1.5 upload and 0.2 download!!! why on earth do i need ADSL????? i can get this on 2G from vodacom!<br> <br> This always happens every few months and then suddenly after complaining it gets to 7 or 8 Mbps. i have been with Cybersmart since 2011. why do i need to BEG for the service i pay for???<br> <br> I think its time to move on... fibre is here and its really time you guys up your game or soon you will be out of business....<br> """
