PATHETIC USELESS CYBERSMART

Cybersmart is a pathetic ISP. Been struggling 2+ weeks to get a fibre line active. 8 Dec 2020 there were a lot of email sent from Cybersmart stating that router has been shipped and account not even finalized yet and even the fibre package hasn't been finalised, but they "management" as per ****ia Chetty says we have to give 1 months notice with a payment of 1 month which I will not do ever, and she is the most arrogant person I have ever dealt with in my life. Do not listen to the customer to realise that Cybersmart is not operating to a professional standard. I do not want to affiliate myself with Cybersmart at all. I do not want an account and I do not ever want to deal with Cybersmart and I will never recommend Cybersmart to anyone I know ever. I would like someone higher than a operator/team leader to contact me on ***. I will not pay anything to Cybersmart until further notice. I will send router back if it is out on delivery.
