PAID FOR NO SERVICES USED

<p>I have contacted cybersmart on the 31st of Octopber 2016 as well as the 1st of November 2016 (today) after I received NO feedback as promised. I have app**** for an ADSL line few months ago with no feedback. Yesterday on my bank statement it were indicated that they took R216.33 x 3 for NO services ever. I dont have an ADSL line and want my refund with immediate effect into my FNB account and NOT the same ABSA bank account as I have closed the account to prevent you from taking any debits from my account again. Apparently it is impossible to speak to the accounts department as well. After several phone calls and promises to come back to me, NOTHING came from it. PAY BACK THE MONEY</p>
