Number 1 iSP ranked- that’s bought not ranked how can they be no 1

This thing where only one service provider deals with a complex is BS! We have had endless hassles with Cybersmart since they have taken over from paramount / first your call center puts you on hold for 20 minutes and you of course pay for this holding not them, so it doesn’t bother them AT ALL-not even a sorry for holding so long…, the our block has been down again and again Maddison Place Observatory - I’ll advice NO ONE to even bother with these guys - they can’t even give you a time frame and kids that has to do online schooling gets the brunt of it- it’s shameful !
