There is a gentleman called Morne Lategan that works at Cybersmart. He took it upon himself to block my access to my Wordpress site because I have not updated my plugins properly according to him. I always thought Cybersmart was a Hosting company, I didn't realise that they were monitoring what you do on your site. Even though the site does not belong to them. They have no right to block your site if your payment to them for hosting is up to date - no matter what you do on your site. I wish Morne would find another line of work. It cost me a series of emails and at last a phone call to have this sorted. I would not recommend Cybersmart to anyone.
