Not so smart at all

Terrible service, call centre wait times of 6min when there are only 3 people in the queue (how many call centre staff do they have!? 2!?) and on top of all of that when one notifies them that one wishes to cancel the service then they insist that you provide a reason for cancelling - as if it is not one's right to do so unless you provide a sufficiently good reason.

The irony is that I kept this account running as a backup only, but now that I have upgraded to fibre they no longer provide data bolt-ons for fibre (they do still for ADSL though). Well done on literately farming backwards Cybernotsosmart.

Just terrible - seriously don't bother.
