Non-existent service!

It would appear that the service provider, Cybersmart, who proclaim to come in as the knight in shining armour here to save us from the equally horrible Telkom have just become exactly that, another Telkom!

I too, did not have a Hello Peter profile but have come on just to share this with anyone thinking of taking service provision with Cybrersmart, to think again. I have had the most abomonable experience signing up for my new fibre connection. They have this low cost great special offering which gets everyone hooked but that is if you ever get it! Cutting a long story short they blame DFA, they blame wayleaves and and and. This is all very plausible, but their execution is disastrous and the communication horrible at best. If I received adequate responses from them I would be perfectly happy to hold fire and wait for the service but I get intermittent, vague and to be honest clueless feedback where we just talk in circles.

I even helped them market the services to other owners in our block whom too are waiting. Another service provider came long after Cybersmart approached us, installed and have residents up and running for months already. Cybersmart lost the application for our building and I had to get them to find it. Pathetic really and I would rather now pay more for the other provider. As they say, you get what you pay for and Cybersmart is just another provider looking to get critical mass using any means possible. They are understaffed, and those who are there aren't actually fully educated on what it is they are selling.

The support and info email addresses not longer even send references or feedback so appears even the systems are failing. If this is how bad it is before i even get the product, I would hate to know what it is like while I do have it. Unfortunately going to cancel. Good on paper poor in execution!

I have had enough and am quite tired of chasing them around. I pay them, they provide the service. Period!
