NO WEEKEND/HOLIDAY CUSTOMER SERVICES!

My internet service on 2 separate accounts failed yesterday Thursday. After morning meetings I only realised this to try and fix it before the long weekend. CS were not at all helpful besides sending reports to say things were in order. After 90mins on WA messages with them they said they'll get team out on Monday to resolve it which leaves me unable to do effective work over the weekend for a deadline. 'NO WEEKEND/HOLIDAY CUSTOMER SUPPORT' I think is not worth the price I pay per month on these accounts. I'll be looking for something better with an updated checklist.
