No service after numerous calls and complaints
Been days without service. They keep blaming vumatel. Vumatel arrived 3 days after complaint and confirmed error with cybersmart. Almost a week and no service. Hope they compensate and restore my service soon. Isp-474446. I have been paying for 50 / 50 line but my service pathetic. No one follows up

25 May 2021, 09:37Refuse to get back to me. They claim all has been sorted. Its a joke. Nothing has been fixed. Chose them as I searched best isp however it's been the worst experience
