No Respond after emails

I am a new customer but yet no support gets back to me when I email them I mean they give you a ticket number but no respond if that is the case how do we know cybersmart is following ISP protocol and giving value for money if they don't even come back with a respond to email I send about info I need plus one of there account staff escalated the matter but still not respond this is bad.
