No follow through very poor performance

<p>During last month this company decuct numerious amounts from my bank account which i never gave any permition for.</p> <p>As i did not use this service in any way i want you to ecplain to me why it was deducted and why should i keep on calling your pathatic customer care to get my money back. I dont care about your rediculios company polisies i want to know who gave you permition to deduct any money from my bank account. And i want to know based on what services you desided to deduct the money from my account.</p>
