No customer service at all.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. Firstly, I tried to transfer my ADSL line to Cybersmart - that took nearly 2 weeks and the transfer wasn't completed because they couldn't pick up the phone to tell me they're missing a key piece of information.

I cancelled the transfer and migrated my line to Afrihost instead.

I made the mistake of moving my domains to them - I tried to transfer my domains away to a different ISP last week, and I'm STILL struggling to get the required information from CyberSmart.

Don't make the mistake of giving them any business.
