No communication no customer service in current down time

Currently they are down and have been down for about 2 days. This is not the real problem, any ISP can experience problems. The real problem is that there are no communication from them. I need the internet to earn a living and I have no idea when Cybersmart will be up again. I would give them a 0 star rating for customer service if it was allowed. The funny thing is that 4 days ago, they were able to send me my bill but useful information about this outage can apparently not be communicated to clients such as myself, who trusted them.
