Never get your ADSL line back - EVER

I was a very happy and loyal customer of Cybersmart, but had to cancel my contract. More than a month has passed and my ADSL line now sits in a black hole. Telkom says it has not been released by Cybersmart, who tells me to go back to Telkom.<br> <br> More than 10 different people at Telkom say there is nothing they can do for me - Cybersmart must release the line. They are holding me ransom, teaching me a lesson, being spiteful, what ever it is its sad that a company will resort to this tactics and brush you off like that.
