****. We are with Cybersmart and moving into a building that the tenant is with Cybersmart. They want to charge us installation of R1500 for us to stay with them. Basically, they will get R3000 from me and the moving-out tenant. A technician will most likely come and plug in the same/new router and leave within 5 minutes. We are stuck in this **** because it's an apartment. I found cybersmart advertising better deals on openserve but when you request those deals it takes you to the same webpage and they get you with R1500 activation fee. Avoid them if possible
