Most pathetic attempt from an ISP

Hi did an online application on the 5th August 2015. According to Cybersmart it can take up to 21 working days. I still don't have internet, and guess what...it's 21 working days. I want to cancel my application and not be bound or linked to them whatsoever. I've already posted this on [URL Removed] as well as Facebook. Please avoid Cybersmart, or if you really have to, then use them as a Last Resort (after considering mobile internet). They're also by far the worst company to communicate to their clients to keep them up to date. If i have a look at my logs with them, i think i spoke to about 11 different consultants, and i made 99% of the calls to them. Avoid if possible.
