Manager "too busy" to assist

Terrible customer service!! Was told the manager was "too busy" to assist me and was charged for 1 extra month and they refuse to do anything about it. Not only that but I was also misinformed over the phone by one of their operators to which now they are accusing me of lying. If I can give any advice... STAY AWAY!
