Irrelevant Service Provider (ISP)

The fibre to the home is prepaid. If the invoice they send is unpaid within a week they start with their empty 'letter of demand' threats to pay for a prepaid service, Eish, and they then suspend the Internet which is their perogative. One invoice was unpaid and when I paid for another month they already disconnected the line with Vumatel and now ask for R999 to reactivate. Tsek!

Activation takes days but deactivation within one day. I will not return to them as they also throttle my uncapped no throttle package I selected.

Rather save yourself from the headache and go with another ISP.
