Internet connection canceled with no notification or assistance to reconnect

I will not advise anyone to use this company. They have canceled an adsl line with no notification and only after multiple calls to their support and accounts departments does this information come to light. Then they want new documentation to be completed before activating the service again. Additionally, don't think their agents listen at all to your questions all they listen for is to throw another nonsensical answer at you that is not even related to your question in any way.
