I cancelled months ago, Cybersmart still deduct and take forever to refund

I cancelled my account at Cybersmart a few months ago because they are useless and I don't see myself doing business with them. Well, guess who deducted money from my account a few days ago?

I told them that they should refund me last week already as this is their mistake and not mine. Claudine told me they will refund me this week...well, still waiting. I don't see why I have to wait a week for my own money.

Do not ever use this unprofessional service. The reason I cancelled in the first place, was because I registered a domain and I got the e-mail and everything...all to find out it was never really registered.
