Horrific customer service

Cybersmart has pathetic customer service. Got delivered a router that doesn't work, had to p hi one the customer care line multiple times to sort it out with unknowledgeable call centre staff. Finally got a replacement router which took a few weeks. Now trying to change my debit order date, first email was sent more than a month ago, no response. Now emailed any email address I can find for them and still no response after 2 days.

This is the epitome of terrible customer service.
