Horrible customer experience from Cybersmart - No connection for 4 days!!

Sad that I have to write this review , after recommending this service to so many people it has come back to bite me in the butt & burn me! I have had no WiFi connection in 4 days , and as someone who works from home this has been a nightmare. Expected better from them as my experience with them was nothing but the best initially . What is even more disheartening is that I have to do follow ups , they have not bothered!
