Horrible customer experience and constant connectivity interruptions

Worst customer experience, for the most part they are okay until a fault happens and you are told to pay a fee for them to come out and fix it. It has happened too often now and there is a pattern forming , I suspect this fix will last days like the last one. Honestly not worth it in the long run , get someone more reliable long term
