Fibre line

I asked this company for a quote on a fibre line as it was rated very highly, however I got some strange reply from themselves indicating that I had created a ticket on their website myself , I would like to see original transcript showing this fact! They told me that in their last mail that my area is not covered , so I'd like to hear their reply!
