Email service suddenly stops receiving

What a shocking service.

For a second time this year, emails just stops - not getting email. And their support centre is the worst in this world.

If you value emails and are linked to critical services, e.g. To receive OTP from the bank, please get yourself a reliable email providers. I have been with these guys for over 10 years, but their services keep deteriorating - eapecially this year

Perhaps, it's time to move to more reliable service providers. This company is not what it used to be. It is no longer reliable.
